Camden Yards: Baltimore Orioles

This was actually the second ball park I visited, back in 2015, but I'm just republishing now. Camden Yards is definitely in it's own little baseball world! You must take a stroll down Eutaw Street before the game! Anyone who knows me knows I'm always down for a good clearance purchase...Y'ALL, they have a team shop where everything is on clearance!! They aren't even my home team but you better believe I grabbed myself a discount hat and tshirt. After clearing out the bargain shop, I grabbed myself a delicious crab cake sandwich and headed to our seats. The O's hit back- to back- to back home runs (yes you heard that right) to take home a 10 run win!

I dragged my mom down to Baltimore for this stadium.

Nationals Park: Washington Nationals

A few weeks ago I got to explore Washington D.C for the first time. Yes, I'm 24, yes, I finally just got there for the first time. D.C is an AMAZING city, but I knew that visiting Nationals Park would be at the top of my list. Nationals Park definitely did not disappoint. It's in the city, but not overwhelmed by it. You still feel like you are in your own little baseball world.

I mean look at that view?! We had FANTASTIC seats all the way down the first baseline in right field. We felt like we were literally sitting on the field.

We lucked out and Scherzer was pitching that night. He pitched fire and got 13K's so obviously the Nats took home the W.

One of the best parts was the President's Race! This is one of the things that definitely makes Nat's Park unique. They have 4 presidents (Lincoln, Jefferson, Roosevelt, Washington) and the race around the field in the 4th inning. Since our seats were amazing then ran RIGHT by us. So cool. Jefferson took home the W.

The blogger in me failed because those were the only pictures I took that night!! I really just put my phone away and tried to soak in every moment of this experience. We walked all around the concourse and on a return trip I will definitely have to try some tots at "See.Ya.Tater" #myonlyregret

As much as it pains my Philly girl heart to say, the Nats have a pretty good stadium and environment and I'll definitely have to return!

On to my next stadium...I think I may knock out all the NL East stadiums this summer...
